Abstract: The authors will present the publication (written in Czech) that has been published in autumn 2024. It is an e-book with interactive links. The monograph provides a consistent explanation of standard and advanced techniques of functional analysis (basis systems, frames, reproducing kernels, etc.) with a wide application potential. The topics are explained in context that is often difficult to find in specialized literature. The monograph will find its use in mathematical research, in teaching, but also in many engineering fields. It can be interesting also for specialists involved in data analysis, including machine learning. After the presentation of the book, a demonstration of the use of Gabor systems in the reconstruction of a degraded audio signal will follow.
