Abstract: In the context of 3D bioprinting, predicting cell behaviour under limited nutrient and oxygen supply is crucial for assessing tissue viability. In this work, we employ a Latent-Dynamics Network on image-based data. The goal is to predict cell viability under varying initial conditions and prescribed glucose and oxygen levels.
